Timaná - Decaf Blend (Espresso)

This coffee is sourced from ASOMUJER (Asociación de Campesinas del Sur del Huila), an association of women producers located in the Timaná municipality in the south of the Huila department. ASOMUJER is made up of 75 women producers, including
activists, single mothers, and those displaced by conflict in areas of Colombia. They grow Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varieties between 1,400 and 2,000 masl.

The Ethyl Acetate (EA) decaf process, often called "sugarcane decaf," is a natural method that uses water and EA, a compound derived from fermented sugarcane, to remove caffeine from ASOMUJER's single-origin green coffee beans.
