Cultivated at 1,700 meters above sea level, these beans benefit from dramatic temperature shifts that slow cherry development and concentrate sugars. A careful washed process highlights the true expression of this exceptional Colombian terroir. The flavor profile is vibrant and complex, captivating the senses with a dominant sweetness of panela, peach, and pineapple, all complemented by elegant floral notes.
