The Molina Galindez family has been growing coffee for the past four generations. Originally from Bruselas, Huila, they have recently focused on producing specialty microlots with exceptional flavors. 

This includes exploring extended fermentations and co-fermentations. Juan Daniel Molina and Sergio Galindez are the coffee entrepreneurs behind this innovation at Los Pinos farm.
